Traditionally, glycol make-up equipment in HVAC systems has been very loosely specified and rarely seen as a product in its own right. It has usually been provided by contractor or end-user as a customized add-on assembly. The Armstrong GLA unit now makes available a clearly defined product that can be specified with confidence by consulting engineers. Armstrong’s extensive knowledge of tank manufacturing and moulding has been directed towards developing a glycol mixing tank which also provides a housing for make-up pumps and controls, resulting in an integrated and compact autofill package of assured quality.
